last night, like thousands of times before, i took a gulp of water. this time, i decided to cough and swallow at the same time. water out the nose! ouch!
not only did my sinuses hurts, but soon I had a shooting pain in the back low part of my skull. i felt incompasitated for at least 30 seconds, grabbing the back of my head in an effort to make the pain go away. for the rest of the night, my sinuses hurt and i had a raging headache.
note to self: don’t swallow and cough at the same time; it is too painful.

When I was a kid my brother’s friend made me laugh while I was drinking strawberry Quik n it came out my nose!!! Lol
isn’t some flavor of quik through the nose a right of initiation to childhood in the united states? that and adding some flavor to milk doubles the probability that the flavored milk will find a way through your nasal passages.
