i’m inspired my an article i just read, Happiness tracking software could gauge mood in photos. the software tracks nine places on the face. by doing that it can determine a smile. it can even do it with groups. it can do it real time, so it can track the happiness factor as event happen.
try some smile therapy. smiles are very powerful weapons; that releases a flood endorphins. that chemicals increase the feeling of happiness.
they don’t even have to be real smiles. stick a pencil in your mouth. no,no! crosswise! not straight in! the facial muscles will form a smile, enough to release a similar amount of endorphins as a “real” smile.
